Is the trial class really free?
Completely free, with no obligation. It's simply a chance to experience a real class and meet one of our teachers before you decide anything. Please note this is not a free course. The free trial class is for interested students who are looking to purchase one of our courses.
Do I need to know my level first?
Not at all. Come as you are and we'll place you. If you'd like to check beforehand, take our free English level test - it takes just a few minutes. We will ask your approimate level when you book a trial class. During your trial, the teacher will assess you and give you a recommended starting English level.
Do I need any books or materials?
Nothing for your trial - just turn up in London, or log in for an online class. If you join a course later, our staff will guide you on which book to get. For the online trial class we recommend you to login with a laptop for a better experience.
Should I choose London or online?
Both are free to try, so choose whatever suits you. London gives you the classroom and social side; online lets you join from anywhere. Not sure? Pick one on the form and we'll talk it through on your confirmation call.
How soon can I start?
Courses start every Monday, so there's never a long wait. Our courses are for adults aged 18 and over, from Elementary right through to Advanced.
